A TEACHER

A teacher is the guardian of civilization and culture. He is an architect of a nation. Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle were also teachers who made tremendous contributions and played a historical role in the development of human civilization. The role of a teacher is important because he rouses the thirst for knowledge among his students. He moulds the character of his students, nourishes and develops the human qualities of his students so that they may become good citizens of a nation as well as of the world. He helps his students to develop their minds and body. A good teacher is devoted to his profession. A good teacher does not run after money or any material gain. He always thinks about the mental, intellectual, and spiritual development of his students. He proves his worth when he can satisfy the inquisitiveness of his students with proper explanations and the right information. A teacher becomes successful in a true sense when he can develop all the latent human qualities of his students to make him a worthy citizen.
